My guess is this device was in use, went bad, a new one was sent a out for a replacement and then the bad one was placed in the new one's box; that's why it's in a factory box. rev-200 7/18/12 When I tried powering it up, the screen flashed on for a split second, then stayed off. When I turned it off and tried to get the screen to light up again it didn't work at that moment. The next day, I powered it up again and for a second time, the screen illuminated for just a split second and then went out. I immediatly tried to get it to illuminate again, and it would not. Forwhatever all that is worth, evidently after some time passes with the power off, the screen will illuminate for just a flash. I am selling this AS-IS.  I will guarantee this as described or I will refund your money along with the initial shipping costs. **insurance included in s&h International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
