Be careful about buying USED presses because the seals, pump and rams are the reason most are for sale. The repair of a hydraulic ram in most cases will cost more than what our customers pay for a new press with warranty. Seller accepts payment by cash, check or money order. RETURNS & REFUNDS If buyer is not satisfied with the quality of this item or chooses to return the item for any reason, Seller agrees to offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item less any restocking fee if applicable. Seller does not offer refunds for original shipping or return shipping. Notice of intent to return an item must be made within 3 working days of delivery. Buyer must notify seller through eBay prior to returning any item in an effort to alert customer service to be looking for the delivery. Deliveries are received between 11am and 3pm Monday - Friday. A handling /restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged for return items on this item. SHIPPING Shipping must be arranged by the buyer. This item weighs 1500 lbs dry. The item will be shrink wrapped and secured to a open pallet which is 4' x 4'. Total height will be 60" We can pack the machine in a crate for an additional $80.00 if necessary. In the event the buyer chooses to return this item for any reason they should purchase shipping insurance as they will be responsible for any damage which occurs during shipping. Seller will photograph all sides of the press prior to loading Seller does not have a loading dock but does have a fork lift to load the pallet. Seller's shipping department will receive trucks between 11am and 3pm Monday - Friday except for holidays. Buyer is responsible to provide seller a legible fax or pdf copy of their trucking companies BILL OF LADING Buyer must give Seller 24 hours notice before their trucking company arrives for pickup. DAMAGED ITEMS Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and their trucking company. RETURN SHIPPING Please include a copy of the eBay/PayPal transaction in the return box. Always send returns from the same address and contact that was used when you received the package. We require that buyer sends return packages with a required signature to verify receipt by seller. In most cases Seller can issue a refund the same day that a returned item is received however buyer is required to allow up to 3 working days for seller to verify returned contents before issuing a refund.
