This is an options chip for LeCroy 9450 and 9420 series oscilloscopes.  Per the service manual it should work on the 9410 too.  Not all firmware supports all these options.  Some options depend on additional hardware.  This options chip should give all usable options supported by the firmware in the scope.  The MATE option is not included because it is disruptive to normal operation of the scope. Per the service manual the options are: WP01 - Basic function package WP02 - Basic FFT package WP03 - Extended pulse parameter and histogram (not all models/firmware) WP04 - ATE remote control support (not all models/firmware) CARD - memory card (appears if hardware equipped) ECLK - external clock (not all models/firmware) This chip plugs into the option socket on the processor card inside the scope.  It is just under the top cover and it is not necessary to remove any boards to install the options chip. This may also work in 9430 - you can return it if it doesn't work.  This WILL NOT work in any 9400 or 9400A models.  This WILL NOT work in any 93xx models or other series.
