This LeCroy LC534L was working fine and then was put on a shelf for almost 2 years and now will not power up. You can hear a faint clicking noise and if you look at the cooling fan, it's making a rocking motion like the power supply is trying to turn but maybe some capacitors went bad from sitting. Just my guess. When you shut it off, there is a brief flash on the CRT. I found a Service Manual for the LeCroy LC574A series that I will include. Hopefully the power supply is the same or close enough the you can use the schematics to fix it. I tried to give all the info I could but if you have any questions, let me know and I will try to answer them the best I can.
