This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor normal scuffs/scratches from use, as well as lots of white scuffs on the top panel. Notes: This scope is in PARTIALLY working condition. The display is so dim as to be nearly useless with regular ambient lighting turned on. Channel two does NOT measure the same level as the other channels. Note how we were able to get all four channels to display input waveforms up to 500MHz. The scope does respond to user inputs on the knobs/switches. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
