Legion SK15-9 Skittle Multi Function Cooker Electric, 208V / 60 Hertz / 3 Phase This unit was removed from a facility that received extra funding and upgraded all their kitchen equipment.  We have no way of testing this unit, but it was removed right before it was replaced due to just new equipment.  The cover for the electrical area is missing, I was told, they had this hardwired, and it was never there.  Also, the draw off valve's plastic knob is missing, its like a $15 part on ebay.  At one time, this was rewelded, there is a weld mark on the back right of the frame.  Doesnt effect anything.  Comes with the stainless tray piece shown in the unit.  See pictures for details.  Due to size and weight, this is for PICKUP only in  WAPPINGER FALLS, NY 12590
