This auction is for one Leica / Leitz Ergoplan 8 Inch Wafer Inspection Microscope System Recently removed from IC Fabrication facility.  We believe this is part of the  automated inspection station.   Overall this is in good to excellent cosmetic condition.   It appears the only things missing are the Objectives it has only one 10X PL Floutar objective since when we turn the unit on  the  controller box gives Objective Error.   Besides that, it comes complete with INS20 wafer loader, 8 inch stage,  one 10X objective, two 10X eyepieces and Steel Vibration table     Due to weight and size, this will ship via freight. I am selling this as-is, as described and pictured below.  Please assume it will need to be going through / adjusted before any critical use.  If you Need formal quote send an email We ship internationally with eBay Global  Check out our other items!
