This Leitch Master sync pulse generator/auto change over system is used and is in excellent working condition. The system was the heartbeat of our television station. General specifications: Leitch SPG-1302N NTSC/D2 Sync Pulse Generator The SPG-1302N provides all the standard sync signals at zero SCH, and may be digitally gen-locked to a more stable video source if necessary. The no-warm-up, high-stability, temperature-controlled crystal oscillator (TCXO) provides the basis for all the signals: sync, blanking, H drive, V drive, Burst Flag, and Color Frame Ident.  Additionally, the SPG-1302N provides color black and audio tone outputs, or up to 16 optional 12-bit test signals. Leitch ACO-131 Automatic Changeover The ACO-131 automatic changeover unit is a compact, self-contained, high quality switching device designed to operate with two synchronizing pulse generators for fail safe continuity of synchronizing signals. It requires one unit of standard rack space. Provides fail safe continuity of synchronizing signals Long term reliability Monitors and switches up to 8 signals Independent selection of signal and level sensing
