All controls move nicely, having bee professionally lubricated and cleaned recently. The simple pol gives very good extinction. All glass surfaces are free from fungus, dust, and element separations. We are selling this as a reflected light inspection microscope, but is capable of transmitted microscopy by moving the illuminator lamp socket to the lower position. If greater magnification in the transmitted mode is needed and objectives added, a substage condenser will also have to be added. This is an ideal microscope for industrial inspection. We will allow a 14-day return for defects not mentioned in the description. We usually ship within two business days of receipt of payment.
