Sehr geehrte Bieter und Bieterinnen, meine Studentenzeit ist nun leider zu Ende (> 2 Monate) und ich hoffe das mich der berufliche Alltag bald wieder einholt. Durch den Umzug Richtung Heimat sind mir ein paar Sachen ins Auge gefallen, von denen ich mich gerne trennen wurde bzw. eventuell durch andere ersetzten mochte. Ich werde nicht zu jeder Auktion bzw. Bild etwas schreiben. Zusatzinformationen kann man auf der Hersteller Seite beziehen. Dann wunsche ich allen Interessenten viel Erfolg und Spass beim Bieten. Statement: * Hatte das Gerat vielleicht 20 - 30 Mal benutzt. Ist fur meine Verhaltnisse und den Gebrauch/Funktionen absolut uberdimensioniert. Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfugung. Beste Grusse aus Rastatt Dies ist ein Privatverkauf im Sinne des § 3 Abs. 5 des Fernabsatzgesetzes, kein Widerrufsrecht, keine Gewahrleistung! Die Ruckgabe, Wandlungs- oder Umtauschmoglichkeit des ersteigerten Artikels ist ausgeschlossen. Der Artikel wird deshalb unter Ausschluss jeglicher Haftung und Gewahrleistung angeboten. Als Privatperson kann ich keine Mehrwertsteuer ausweisen. Da ich Privat anbiete weise ich darauf hin, dass ich nicht an das Produkthaftungsgesetz (BGB §§ 312 b ff.) gebunden bin und somit ebenfalls von der Erfullung jeglicher Garantie- und Gewahrleistung Anspruche aus § 438 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 BGB ausgenommen bin. Bei Beschadigung der Ware wahrend des Versandes hafte ich nicht! Geht die Sendung auf dem Postweg verloren, wird kein Ersatz geleistet. Sollte die Ware aus irgendwelchen Grunden nicht zustellbar sein( falsche Adresse usw. ), tragen sie alle weiteren Versandkosten.
