The Leitz Wetzlar Germany Ortholux trinocular microscope with 402a condenser is a remarkable example of Leitz engineering dating back to approximately 1951. The microscope has the capability to operate in EPI Brightfield and Transmitted Light modes. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, and I will provide answers to the best of my ability. The microscope has an impressive height of 17 1/2 inches to the top of the trinocular eyepiece and is 12 inches deep without the light attachment. This unit is signed "Ernst Leitz, Wetzler" in two places, on the base and head.
