Up for bid, a well kept Lelit Elizabeth Dual Boiler Espresso Machine Version 3. The machine was purchased from Clive Coffee in December of 2020. It is the latest version upgraded with many features you will find in other dual boilers three times its cost. Some of the great features I enjoyed with this machine is how quiet the pump is compared to other vibration pumps I've used in the past, The PID is able to show the exact steam and brew boiler temperature. This feature ensure that you are pulling shots at your desired temperature to avoid over heated espresso we normally get with the first shot of the day. Even though this is a reservoir feed machine, you can still achieve pressure to the puck during pre-infusion. There are machines that cost well over 3 to 4 thousands dollars that don't have this feature. You can also do blooming phase for up to 20 seconds before pulling a shot. The features in this machine matches what you would find in commercial grade equipment but at a fraction of the cost. Brand new, the machine only cost 1699.00. If anyone knows their way around espresso machines, you would agree the price is a bargain for all the features this machine provides.
