LENNOX PULSE, DISC TYPE, LIMIT CONTROL, P/N 28G4501, also marked 312730 TOD 60T12 9250 and F140-50F. It looks great and works great. It was taken out Lennox Pulse GSR21, but also will work with GSR14, GS21, GS14 and other blowers. Please check if it will work with your furnace before buying. I will include two attachment screws.  There are two limit controls on Lennox blower assembly. The other one is P/N is 28G4601. I listed it also, separately. Please verify, which one you need.
