This unit was removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade. We have tested it and it powers on but does not output power so we are selling this AS-IS. May be an easy fix for someone who knows better than we do how these function. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some very minimal scuffs and scratches (please see pictures).
