They either have some slight discoloring, very small dents, and/or slightly flattened noses or cheeks from being packed in the box too tightly and pushed against the side of the box. There are NO missing chunks or pieces. Sold as-is and is final sale. This item can not be returned. This is a brand new item in Less Than Perfect condition.
