This is a kit I came up with when I was needing a drying rack for items I had printed on the letterpress. There never seems to be enough flat space to just lay them around to dry. One of these boards has room for 80 or more items. I will furnish everything you need except the board. You will need to supply a 1" by 6" board or you could use a 1" by 10" or whatever, depending on what you print. Also you will need a drill with a 1/8" bit and a #2 phillips screwdriver. I will furnish 32 springs (photo #4), 34 brackets (photo #5) to attach the springs to the board, 34 phillips head screws (photo #6). I use #8 x 1" sheet metal screws, they're easier to drive by hand. You will get two templates and complete step-by-step instructions with pictures. This kit will make a board slightly over 6' long. When we use ours we put several of them up on sawhorses, when not in use they can be stood up in a corner and use very little space. The heavy duty springs are used and spent their life screwed to the bottom of a 3/4" plywood sheet that made a gymnastics floor. Please email me if you have any questions. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
