Wonderful set of letterpress wood type characters Here we offer a set of wooden printing characters. Bold typeface, which should be from the 1920th/1930th. We think, that this font is called "Futura". We have counted 186 pieces. We hope, that we did not make any mistake on counting, but you will see, what you get on the close-up photos below. Each character measures 54 mm: 2.13 inch for those with decenders: 70 mm / 2,76 inch We have removed some dust, but did no full cleaning. However, as you can see on the photos, the printing blocks are in good condition. Please be sure, that a carefull packaging will be done for the characters, so nothing will hurt the characters on transport. For detailed pictures see below, if you need more pictures, please let me know your email address. Please check also our other auctions, we have some more characters for sale, as we a parting from some printing blocks of our collection. We do not actually have all our wood type sets on ebay, so if you send us your email address, we can send you pics of some more type sets, which we have for sale. Shipping will be from Germany to the US for US$ 95.
