Core 24 is extremely stretchy, opaque, and bleed resistant for use on the most difficult 100% polyester and polyester/stretch fabrics. We offer these colors only to BSN Sports decorators at a special discounted price. Low temperature inks protect fabric from heat damage so common in the screen printing industry. Why cure your plastisol inks at 320-330ºF when you can cure the Core 24 inks as low as 250ºF? Prevent dye migration, shrinking, scorching, ghosting, fabric discoloration, and melting. Low temperature ink also provides an ultra-quick flash cure time which leads to less shrinking on-press and longer lasting platen adhesive.
