This is a CM brand lever operated chain hoist, series 602.  It is in it's original box, with instructions. Box says will hoist 550 lbs.  It has never been used.  The unit measures approximately 8" from end of handle to end of unit( not counting chains ).   It lists on LK Goodwin CO. website for $ 163. plus shipping and tax.
