The Liberty LSG202M Grinder Pump is a 2 HP submersible pump designed for the demanding needs of commercial and residential sewage applications. This pump is equipped with a superior cutting system, featuring advanced V-Slice technology made of hardened 440 stainless steel. The V-pattern provides up to 108 alternated cuts per revolution, ensuring enhanced shredding performance over radial cutters. With dual seals, upper seal is unitized durable silicon carbide and lower seal is Viton double-lip, the Liberty LSG-Series Grinder Pumps are designed for continuous underwater operation. The motor windings are insulated to Class B (265В°F), and the pump is designed for maximum heat dissipation and cool motor operating temperatures. The clog-free volute design ensures superior solids clearing, while the horizontal 1-1/4" FNPT discharge and back vanes on impeller make it easy to install and use. The LSG202M Grinder Pump boasts a one-piece uni-body cast iron housing and a heavy-duty motor that is oil filled and thermally protected. It also features internal capacitors, eliminating the need for a separate control panel for operation. This brand new LIBERTY LSG202M Grinder Pump comes with a 25ft quick-disconnect power cord, all stainless steel fasteners, and a solid-state starting circuit with no mechanical relay coil.
