That means you'll receive in sequential format from that number forward to 000 or 1000. For example Box # 2 with the yellow tag with 078 means that you will receive 922 tags. I DID NOT count the tags individually to make sure that there are exactly 922 tags but you will receive several hundred for sure. This is an older type tagging system that are were used by seamstress and dry cleaners for keeping track of their merchandise. Keeps track of every piece of clothing you'll never lose a single item. But it costs us about $2.73 to ship them at cost. VHS tapes can be heavy. Most VHS tapes weigh between 13 ounces and up to 20 ounces each. The post office doesn't care if it is 9 ounces or 16 ounces it still cost $2.73 to ship it out. If it is over 1lb the cost to ship goes to $3.18. We're not making anything on the shipping.... Because of this high cost of shipping there will be a $5.00 restocking fee on all VHS tapes that are returned for refund unless defective or not as advertised. We make sure that these tapes will survive the trip from our shipping point to your destination. If your shipping is not included on this item, then the item has been reduced to a price to reflect that difference.
