This is a brand new, still bolted to the factory skid unit, that has never been commissioned. Beware of the "Factory Refurbished" items here on Ebay, they are used and in most cases very high hour units. Since the only moving part is the fan, I don't know what there would be to refurbish, except to replace damaged parts. This system was purchased for use at a nuclear plant in Piketon Ohio and we bought it at auction for resale. We are an electrical contractor, but our customer needed a much larger unit, so we are selling this to someone who is looking for a new unit, rather than used. It is configured with a 480 volt 3 phase input, and 208/120 volt output, 30 KVA. I am not sure, but I believe that the input voltage may be able to reconfigure to a 208 volt input. We recommend that start up be by a certified Liebert technician. This unit does not include batteries. We have three new battery cabinets manufactured by DSPM, one is the Defender 3, and there are two Eternal Light units and these are included in this sale. We can provide the pictures at your request of these units. All are brand new, and it perfect condition. We removed the plastic wrap for the pictures.
