There are small scratches and scuffs on them. Three of the adjustable feet have bent shafts and one has a detached foot pad (this happened during transportation). Both cabinets have working, rolling castors. The UPS is guaranteed to work but the batteries are not guaranteed in any way, as the unit has been disconnected for about 6 months now. Each cabinet measures 49" L x 33" W x 71" H.
