NASCO LIFE/FORM GERI NURSING TRAINING MANIKIN!!Good Condition! This is a used geriatric nursing skills manikin.  Made by Nasco (Life Forms).  If you check Nasco web site and search for model LF04001U you will see this manikin and all the features it offers.  The manikin I am offering does not have the male genitalia.  What you see in my photos is how it comes with nothing more or less.  The ankle hinge area has a crack in the foam rubber.  You can put his foot on the metal hinge, but if you pull on it or don't support it when moving it will come off.  It could be fastened on better with some tape, but I have not tried to do that.  Overall in good, clean condition.  Manikin retails for around $1500 new.  Item is large and heavy, thus the relatively expensive shipping fee via Fedex. Features:   • Lightweight - approximately 28 lbs. • Full-size adult manikin - measures 58" • Overall female appearance • Normal and Cancerous Mole • Stage 1 Sacral Ulcer • Dilated and Constricted pupils • Reddened Skin Folds  Please see my many other training manikin parts and full manikins that I have listed.   Please ask questions if you have them - I do not give refunds unless agreed that item was GROSSLY mis-represented.
