Overall it is in very good condition other than some surface scratches on the outside of the unit from storage. We are not sure if it has ever been used. Comes as pictured with 6' O2 hose. Guaranteed to function properly. "The LSP Demand Resuscitator Valve is designed to provide 100% oxygen to breathing or nonbreathing patients in an emergency situation.  The valve can be utilized with a mask, endotracheal tube or tracheotomy tube.  It operates on a regulated oxygen supply of 40-60 psig."
