It shows that the FedEx Smart Post is overall the cheapest with most zip codes, So we selected it as being the 1st option of four you are allowed in a shipping business policy, ebay only displays the 1st one in any business policy, not the cheapest so make sure you look in the shipping and payments tab just to make sure. If you don't see 4 options, ebay's algorithms have cut them out from displaying, change the zip code around to different places in the states and you'll see the different options. UPS Shipping is normally lower if it is shipped to a business address ** FYI ** for any of our listings that are strictly UPS Ground.
