We have a used but in good condition Lincoln Impinger Countertop Conveyor Oven (See pics) Model: 1301-JD This was a Jason's Deli model hence the -JD in the Model # This oven is in great working condition , does have some some scratches and dings so please see pics. The legs are missing from this oven as you can see in the pics. The unit has been inspected and tested. This impingement oven is a good choice for cooking pizzas, sandwiches, pasta dishes and more !!! Details: This countertop Lincoln 1301 impinger allows for large-oven capacity almost anywhere you need it! If you are expanding your product line but don't have the floor space for an additional half-sized convection oven, this countertop conveyor oven might be just the product for you! This Lincoln pizza oven is small enough to fit on most commercial countertops but large enough to replace a half-sized convection oven or up to five microwave ovens! The CTI utilizes a 16" (406mm) wide conveyor belt and 20" (508mm) baking chamber. This impinger has a temperature range from 200 - 550 degrees Fahrenheit and an adjustable conveyor speed for bake times of 1 - 24 minutes so you can bake a wide range of products with this versatile piece of countertop equipment. This unit uses hot air under pressure to surround the food for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping at speeds several times faster than conventional ovens. In the end, this oven produces a more uniform product more quickly. This unit has a self contained heating system with a 1/10 hp AC motor, while the conveyor itself is driven by a DC motor. The heat may be easily controlled by zoning, and the air distribution fingers inside the machine are easy to remove through the side access panel for cleaning. The exterior of this unit is constructed of stainless steel for added durability. A minimum of 6" clearance is required between this oven and any combustible surface, and 24" of clearance is recommended on both sides.
