One-piece modular trigger assembly - Molded out of high heat resistant material to withstand head and spatter and ensure long life. Gun tube design - Armored with an electrically insulated metal jacket optimizing fine wire welding performance. Abrasion-resistant, extruded rubber jacket - Adds strength and long life to the cable. Classic curved handle - Lightweight and balanced, providing a comfortable grip to reduce fatigue. Rotating gun tube and gun hanger clip - Allow any number of hand positions to reduce fatigue or fit into tight spaces. Direct plug in replacement welding gun for the following MIG welders which use the Magnum 100L K530-6 Mig welding gun: SP140T, SP-180T, Easy Core 125, Easy Core 140, Easy Mig 140, Easy Core 180, Mig Pak 140, Mig Pak 180, Pro Core 125, Pro Mig 140, Pro Mig 180, (the Pro Mig welders were sold at Lowes), Weld Pak 125HD, Weld Pak 140HD, and Weld Pak 180HD (the Weld Pak HD models were sold at Home Depot), and the Work-Pak 125. This gun is also a replacement for the machines which use the Magnum Pro 100L K3080-1 welding gun used on the following welders: Power Mig 140, Power Mig 140C, Power Mig 140T, Power Mig 180, Power Mig 180C, Power MIG 180T, and Power MIG 180 Dual welders. This 10 ft long gun will handle .023", .024", .025", .030" and .035" diameter welding wires. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, stainless steel wire, and with a teflon liner, you can feed aluminum wire.
