The unit was tested for power ONLY. Unit powers on. No further testing has been or can be done. ALL items are sold as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Unit may show signs of wear and tear, use, sticker residue, scratches, writing, etc. Auction does not include any other cords, cables or accessories other than what is listed and pictured above. PAYMENT Payment accepted through PayPal, credit card & wire transfer. Payment MUST be made 48 hours after the listing ends. If you have a problem with this, contact us BEFORE bidding. If payment has not been received or no contact has been made, we reserve the right to re-list the item and the purchaser will no longer have the right to purchase the item. Any non-paying eBay member will be blocked and will no longer be able to bid on any of our items. Any buyer who wishes to pay via Credit Card directly to our company may do so by contacting your seller to obtain a Credit Card Authorization Form. All Credit Card Transactions will have a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee Added. All items sold in Virginia will have a 5.3% Virginia sales tax added to the final price. The sales tax will not be applied to shipping and handling. This tax is due to recent changes made by PayPal and eBay requiring that taxes be payed by sellers that sell $20,000+ or 200+ items per year. We are sorry for any inconvenience. SHIPPING Shipping costs are calculated based on varying locations. Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEX. Item will not necessarily be shipped as stated in the auction. Shipping carrier is at the sellers discretion, unless the buyer specifies that they would like to use their own account to ship their items. Items can be shipped on the buyers DHL account but the buyer must create the label and e-mail it to us, along with scheduling the pick-up of their item by DHL. Our pick-up days for shipments are Tuesday and Friday on a weekly basis, with the exception of holidays. In the event that Tuesday or Friday is a holiday, items will ship out the following business day. For freight items, exceptions will be made to allow for trucking companies and their schedules. All items MUST be shipped with insurance. eBay does not offer this service anymore but because of the delicacy and value of most of our items, we must insure them when shipping. The insurance cost will be a flat $3.00 fee for ALL items sold within the US and a flat $5.00 fee for ALL items sold internationally. Please email us for any international shipping quotes. We reserve the right to not ship certain items to a specific country for any reason. Large or particularly heavy items will NOT be shipped internationally unless the purchaser agrees to the shipping charges and insurance fees before the end of the auction. All international freight shipping must be arranged by the purchaser. We will prepare all freight items for shipment including but not limited to: palletizing, bubble wrap and crating (extra fee). TERMS This item is guaranteed to power on and function as pictured and described above ONLY. We make every effort to describe each item as best as we can and it is your responsibility to read the auction in its entirety. Ask any questions before you bid. Returns and/or refunds will only be accepted if the item is damaged in shipping and insurance was purchased or if the item is clearly not described correctly and the tamper sticker has not been damaged or adjusted. If damaged in shipping, please keep box and all packaging and contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will not accept returns for any other reason. Consumables (i.e. batteries, lights) are not guaranteed. The equipment we sell is USED can and may have scratches, chips, cracks, blemishes or markings on the unit from the previous owner. Please know what it is and how to use the equipment BEFORE you bid on it. Please Note: All items (that are eligible) will be marked with a tamper sticker. If the sticker is broken, tampered with or missing, absolutely NO REFUND will be accepted. The sticker number may not be listed in the auction, however they are kept on file in our office.
