Lionel CD V-700 Geiger Counter - Updated - Calibrated This is a Lionel CD V-700 that is in excellent condition. See the photographs. It would be difficult to find one in better condition than this. The original, glass Corotron high voltage regulator tube has been replaced by a solid-state Zener diode regulator for increased accuracy and reliability. The high voltage rectifier diode has been replaced by a silicon high voltage rectifier for increased reliability This counter should give years of rugged, reliable service. It has been checked by a Nuclear Engineer and is working as it should. The last photograph shows the instrument counting 3,000 counts-per-minute from a GEOelectronics pulse generator. (The pulse generator is not included in the sale.) Shipped by Priority Mail and insured.
