Technically Talking: Liquids in plastic containers with a wall thickness greater than 3/8" or certain liquids with a dielectric constant below 5 are difficult for the C-LEVEL to detect. Dielectric Constant is the ability of a material to store an electrostatic charge. Any chemical blended with water increases detection accuracy, since water has a dielectric constant of 80.
