Liquid Rubber B-400 - 1 Gallon Can Flexible TrowelGrade B-400 TrowelGrade B-400 is a high viscosity, high solids, single component,liquid applied product designed to provide waterproofing properties for sealant and caulking applications. Multi-Purpose coating that cures into a waterproof membrane. Waterproof - low vapor permeability. No slump - Bridges small cracks on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Fully bonded to the substrate so water will not run beneath the membrane. Maintains a hard seal with mild flexibility. Cold-applied/water-based with no adverse affect on ICFs or various protection boards. No VOC content & no harmful odorous. Freeze/thaw stable so it can be stored at any temperature. Steps Ensure a clean, dry surface and applied using a trowel. Bridge any joints, seams, venting, cracks... with geo-textile fabric. Tips Avoid hot, direct sun when applying. Morning and evening are best. Product stays soft, flexible and may have some tackiness. You can re-coat when it's dry to touch and make sure there is no uncured material underneath. Apply material until you use up the required amount. For larger areas, pour out and spread around with foam roller. Remove asking tape as soon as possible. If corrosion is present, use MetalSafe Sealant as a primer.
