I am a retired six color offset press operator but don't know the history of this roller. I am assuming that it has been used. I don't have access to a durometer anymore but the rubber feels soft. The specs for this roller are in the last photo. Sold "as is" with no returns. I have several other small rollers for duplicators that I will be listing. No international shipping on this item.
