Applications include manufacturing, warehousing, cold storage, commercial, retail and other large indoor spaces with mounting heights ranging from 15-40' and ambient environments between -4°F (-20°C) and 131°F (55°C). Construction Extruded heat sink made from 6063-T5 aluminum allows for superior thermal management to reduce LED and driver temperature providing years of trouble-free operation. The channel, endplates and driver tray are made of heavy-duty code gauge (20-gauge) steel which are painted with baked enamel; five-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment ensures superior paint adhesion and rust resistance. Access plate on the back of the channel housing allows quick and easy wiring. Optics Focus, narrow, wide and spread distributions available to meet both horizontal and vertical light level requirements. Reflectors feature precision-formed optics utilizing 97+% reflective Alanod® MIRO-SILVER® specular-aluminum. Diffuse acrylic lens standard to provide superior glare control and LED protection. Electrical 92% lumen maintenance at 60,000 hours; predicted life of 100,000 hours. Thermally protected driver(s) standard with 0-10V dimming. LEDs are driven at 350mA (nominal) to provide optimal lumens per watt and less heat to extend component life. Using pluggable harnesses, removable electrical tray allows easy access to components.
