You are bidding on a beautiful, very gently used 27" Littmann Master Cardiology in excellent condition. This looks nearly-new, there are no scratches and is still shiny, except for a slight 'haziness' to the stainless steel chest piece(see pix) it really is a very minimal detraction. The Littmann Master Cardiology is is the highest sound quality cardiology stethoscope that Littmann makes (10/10), the best of the best; heart sounds, breath sounds, and bowel sounds are loud and clear. The Littmann Master Cardiology features a ergonomic, comfortable easy-to-hold chestpiece with no moving parts made from one solid piece of finely machined stainless steel for maintenance-free operation and a tunable diaphragm which allows high or low tones depending on the pressure applied to the chestpiece, this would be the perfect stethoscope for the Emergency Department Nurse or Doctor, Respiratory Therapist, or Paramedic/ EMT where fast, easy to use, and accurate auscultation in a rugged, almost indestructible package is critical. The Littmann Master Cardiology also does a great job at blocking outside noice especially important for the ICU Nurse with ventilator and families making noise or Paramedic in the back of the rig with Whelen's screaming. If you work in the ED you never know what patient will come through the doors so the Littmann Master Cardiology has a pediatric adapter to auscultate the little guys and girls.
