Wachs type R heavy duty 4x5 vertical steam engine (26 1/4 max HP at 200psi) with Gardner flyball governor. Cosmetic issues as seen, but fully functional and operable except for needing flat belt to governor, some crankcase oil leakage around base, may need seal. Mechanical oiler. No cracks or damage to castings observable. Boiler is Unity 87 sq ft  250 psi max pressure 50 hp water tube boiler with preheat, superheater. Never fired so tubes and refractory in excellent condition. Can be fired wood or coal. Missing 5/8" site glass and will require sensors on steam drum for adding water or site glass may be used. All equipment as you see it, no hidden issues. All manuals and documentation that were supplied me included. Contact me for any further details or more photos of anything. Engine weighs 900 lbs per manual, boiler unknown but heavy! Will load, local pickup only owing to weight and size of equipment
