LIVE STEAM MANUALLY-OPERATED 3/4'' RAM TENDER BOILER FEED PUMP 3/4" Diameter Bore - 0.558" Stroke - Single Acting Feed Pump A heavy duty hand-operated, piston-type hydraulic pump used to replenish boiler water while boiler is in use and under pressure. These pumps are also used to hydro-statically test your boiler and other hydraulic applications. These pumps have been known to produce up to 350 psig.  Constructed of a cast bronze body, brass end cap and packing nut, with internal stainless steel piston and valves. Tube outlet fitting is 1/4" is and chiefly designed to be submerged inside your locomotive tender to manually pump the water to your boiler.  The suction port is blank yet one can thread it if preferred to mount it outside the water tender.  We recommend to use a suction check valve to protect the pump from any back flow damage.  The blank suction hole can be threaded to 7/32-40 or drilled out/reamed for 1/4" or any desired model engineer threads.  Please ask any questions before purchasing. Overall dimensions are 6" Length (fully extended position) - 3-1/2" Length (non-extended position) - 4-1/2" Height - Weight is 1 lb approximately.
