LKB Bromma 8800 Ultrotome III  Microtome Controller  ( This unit is being sold As-Is for Parts or Repair)  The unit does get the power light & the meter does respond. the dial does not turn smoothly.   There is a loose item inside. (See pictures)  I've seen Microtomes on Ebay but not many controllers.  This one might be a repair away from working or it may have the parts needed to service another controller.  This unit does not come with any manuals or cords. We took the cover off to take a picture so you can see you are not getting an empty shell! The unit is not light... it weighs about 20 to 25 pounds. Obtained via a government auction, this unit was part of a lab at a University. It still has the yellow university inventory sticker.  We do not have a Microtome to test this unit.
