Use this item for spare parts! All adjustments work as expected and are not stuck. All ports are clear as well. It powers on but i cannot get either meter to register of the lights. I have hooked up both sets with no movement on either meter. The meters could be bad or the unit may not be providing power i do not know. Cosmetically it has marks scratches and tape on the unit.
