P761-363SI LMI Chemical Metering Pump I Capacity 0 to 2.0 GPH; 50 PSI; PVDF head; PVDF/PTFE cartridge valve; 4FV val Detailed Description: The Series P Metering Pump is designed for more ecomomical chemical injection. The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing and encapsulated electronics provide the performance and long life that you've come to expect from an LMI Pump. The compact size and wide range of outputs makes it ideal for OEM applications. Dual manual control of stroke speed and length and fixed speed versions are available for simple manual or on/off control. General Chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, Liquifram type pumps. Output volume is adjustable while pumps are in operation from zero to maximum capacity. Drive The pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts. Solid state electronic pulser is fully encapsulated with no exposed printed circuit etch and is supplied with quick connect terminals of at least 3/16” (4.75mm) wide. Electronics are housed in chemical resistant enclosure at the rear of the pump for maximum protection against chemical spillage. Electrical power consumption does not exceed 22 watts per hour under full speed and maximum pressure conditions. Pump weight does not exceed 14 lbs. (6.5kg). Automatic pressure Relief To eliminate need for pressure relief valve, Liquifram™ automatically stops pulsating when discharge pressure exceeds pump pressure rating by not more than 35%. Material Chemical metering pump housing is made of chemically resistant glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Chemical metering pump valves are ball type, with ceramic balls seating on combination valve seat and seal ring. Valve seat and seal ring are renewable by replacing only the combination seat-seal ring. Fittings and connections at pump head are PVC. Nice shape, as you can see!
