The wafers can be aligned accurately using micrometers, and the support can be adjusted to your desired final position. It includes ports for pumping, a UHV gate valve, and support for wafer insertion. Shipping will require freight, or local pickup in Thousand Oaks CA is an option. The chamber sits atop an Aluminum table, which can be sold with the manipulator if needed. The linear manipulator boasts a 72" throw and is connected to a fork for easy wafer removal.
