NO shipping, NO delivery, NO meeting you "halfway", NO exceptions. After purchase, you need to make an appointment for local pickup for a specific date and time. Sorry for the long disclaimer, but unfortunately it's necessary to filter out time wasters and cheapskates. For the majority of great Ebay shoppers, read on, here's the description:                                                                                                                                                             Store Display Top with Storage Bin and Locking Wheels. I have a quantity of 4 in this listing. The price is for ONE. Please specify the quantity you want. You need a larger size vehicle like an SUV or a Truck for pickup(even one may not fit into a car trunk or back seat as they are quite large). These were used in a store which had a pipe burst,  so this had some water damage on the top which penetrated the paint on the top a little, but not too bad. Still very useful. No water damage anywhere else on inside. Inside has some scuffing and minor wear from use in a store as storage. Has some screw holes in the top. These are heavy duty cabinets with reinforced metal corners and 5" wheels. The front two wheels lock. The top measures approximately 32" Wide X 24" Depth X 23" Height. Latch closure on the bin doors. The store used these to display items on the top and keep stock inside the cabinet and the wheels enabled them to move displays around as they saw fit for optimal exposure. This can be used for stores, flea market sellers etc. Can also be used as a rolling storage cabinet for a home garage etc. See pictures as they are a part of condition description (The first 8 pictures are just the first one labeled "1", the last 3 pictures are 2, 3 and 4 to show condition of the tops of all).
