Bolt-on Lock Box for Cargo Containers Insta bolt-on lock box allows you to add a lock box to your container easily for added security. The bolt-on lock box protects a padlock from being accessible to bolt cutters. Heavy, Strong, Secure Re-usable Can be easily installed, no welding required, template and instruction included No painting required, beautifully finished in a durable powder coating Simple Assembly: Centre the Drill Template over the closed container door, at the desired height. Using the felt pen, mark the four drill points onto the container. Carefully drill out the four points. Make sure to drill a pilot hole using the 1/4” drill bit. Caution, drill slowly! Use a slow RPM to prevent damaging the drill bit. Insert carriage bolts in slots of the lockbox. Position the right Lock Box Component through the drilled holes. Secure with nuts and washers. Using the supplied bolts and washers, secure the left Lock Box Component through the left side drilled holes. Attach the padlock. Your container is now secure! Lock box will work best for Master Lock - Pro Series 6850 padlock or any other padlocks that are similar in design and dimensions. Padlock is not included in this purchase.
