I have a 16x24 story and 1/2 which builds out 600 sq ft home.  Bedroom is in the loft, 12 x16 living room, has a bath, laundry closet, and eat in kitchen.   16x24 log base, in a 4x12 log, log beams for the 2nd floor joists, 2 inch T&G flooring for the 2nd floor, log siding for the gables. You can look at the plans at logkitsforsale    It is the hideaway. We offer free delivery for all orders paid by 3/5/15 for the first 500 miles. No refunds, because once a tree is cut we can't put it back.   You can pick it up or we can deliver for 3.25 per mile.  The logs are kiln dried in square cants and once paid allow 4 weeks for us to shape the logs to send them out new. Pay by cashiers check.
