This is a log kit that builds out 3000 sq ft home. It is a 32 x 48 D log base with log beams for the 2nd floor joists, 2 inch T&G flooring for the 2nd floor with a V match underneath, D. Logs siding for the gables, shed walls, and dormers, hardware, and adhesive sealants, blue prints. Logkitsforsale.com You will need approximately $7500 for the subfloor, rafters, decking and interior framing to dry this home in. Kit retails for $150,000 at many other companies. This is a way to build a big home for much less. We have the rough squares and will shape the logs into D logs after they are paid in full. You can pick up or have delivered after 4 weeks from payment. Shipping is 2.95 per mile per truck. It will take 2 50 ft flatbed semi trucks to move this much timber. We will need a cashiers check up front before we shape.
