This is the collimator lens that went with the diode board in the other auction from a DOE perimeter security sensor, hadto dig this one out of storage. It is a keplerian collimator made of a very short FL GRIN lens and a large parabolic glass lens. The magnification is 100X or better. I've used it with a small red laser diode and the beam is about softball size at about 1000 meters. If you want a long throw lens for your laser project this is for you. The optics appear to be uncoated so it will work fine with any color of laser diode. I have lots of other nuclear related items, lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.
