THE ELECTRONICS TESTING EQUIPMENT LISTED IN THIS AUCTION IS BEING SOLD AS IS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. I recently purchased a large lot of 100+ components of electronics testing equipment as part of a large estate sale. I will be selling the testing equipment over the next couple of months. None of the testing equipment has been tested.  Most of the testing equipment comes without power cord/supplies and/or accessories. Unless noted in the description or viewed in photos, all of the testing equipment appears to be in great cosmetic condition. Please be patient with the shipping.  I work out of town during the week and need the 5 business days to get the equipment boxed up and shipped out.  The electronics testing equipment will be bubble wrapped, placed in a single box, and firmly packed with styrofoam peanuts.  If you desire the electronics to be double boxed, make the request prior to making payment so that we can send a revised invoice to you for the additional shipping and handling fees.  Please do not expect any of the electronics to be shipped quickly.  Ask any and all questions before bidding. Lot 13: You are bidding on a Elgenco Model 602A Gaussian Noise Generator (S: 061-00362).  The noise generator is in great cosmetic shape.  The noise generator has not been tested.  Payment options include: PayPal only.  I will not accept any other method of payment.  Failure to pay for the noise generator within 4 days after auction ends will result in eBay opening a failure to pay claim against your account.  Winning bidder agrees to pay for shipping and handling. Elgenco Model 602A Gaussian Noise Generator will be shipped via UPS Ground within 5 business days (Monday - Friday) after receipt of PayPal payment.
