You will receive two brand new one-ounce packets of Urnex Coffee Equipment Cleaner. It is intended for industrial and restaurant use but I use it on my personal coffee maker and it works better than vinegar. I included two photos of my coffee maker's control panel...one before cleaning, one after cleaning. Usually, when the descale notice shows up, I have to run white vinegar through it at least twice before the warning goes away. Then I have to rinse with at least two full water reservoirs in order to get rid of any bitter vinegar flavor in my coffee. When I used this cleaner, the descale warning went away after the first cleaning. I only had to rinse with one reservoir to rinse it and the water was clear before it was even gone. It saved so much time. It's biodegradable too! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I have the lowest per-packet price on eBay so get it while you can!
