This lot includes a stack of New, "FINAL SETTLEMENT FORM", they measure, 11" X 8 1/2" X 1 1/4" thick. They all came from, Keifer's Supply Co. Fergus Falls, Minnesota, USA. All the forms I have listed are Carbon-less, and 2 part documents. Please take a look at all detailed pictures in this listing, as an important part of my description.I am listing this lot for 7 days, and $9.99, True Auction Style. I will ship, via USPS, within a couple days of cleared payment. If the amount you pay for shipping is more than actual shipping cost, I will refund your account after I ship!
