LOT OF 10 EA: Insul-Tube® 6'L, 1/2" Wall Thickness, 5/8" Nom. I.D, Pipe Insulation, Type Unslit, R3.3 25/50 160324 K-FLEX® INSUL-TUBE® is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric tube insulation product used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications.  The product's closed-cell structure creates exceptional thermal properties (k-value of 0.245 at 75F and wvt of .03 perm-in) that protect against moisture penetration in applications within a -297°F to +220°F temperature range. INSUL-TUBE® is used to retard heat gain and prevent condensation or frost formation on refrigerant lines, cold water plumbing pipe, and chilled water systems. It also retards heat flow for hot water plumbing, liquid heating, dual temperature piping, and many solar systems. Designed for the HVAC and Refrigeration industry. INSUL-TUBE® is non-porous, non-fibrous and resists mold growth. An EPA registered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth. INSUL-TUBE® Pipe Insulation is made from a UV resistant elastomeric blend. For moderate UV exposure, no additional protective coating is needed.
